Your course or network may already offer a member benefits or discount card for sale -- we have seen them called a "Discount Club", "Player's Club", "Value Club", and more. Essentially, all of these programs have in common the sale of a seasonal card to golfers with the benefit of discounted golf and other merchandise and services.

With Course Rewards, you can now easily incorporate your existing benefits program into our loyalty system in order to unify your loyalty programs into one database and to take advantage of all of the features of the Course Rewards system.

Your benefits program members are now part of your loyalty program and they can use their member benefits card as their loyalty club card for earning rewards points and purchasing punches. In fact, we can print your member benefits card for you as we do your loyalty club cards.

Your benefits members will also be able to manage their own accounts online using the member portal. You will be able to communicate with your benefits members using the email tools provided to you, including the email campaign, reward program specials, and the automated renewal email (to make yearly renewal fast and easy for you and your members).

Sell The Benefits Card On Your Website With A Widget Or Sell By Email Campaign
Once you incorporate your benefits program into the Course Rewards system, you can now take full advantage of the automation and analytics tools available to you for the rewards and punch card programs. This means that you can also sell your benefits cards on you own website using our website widgets.

The system manages everything for you, including collecting the money and creating the appropriate user accounts. You simply hand out the card to a member the next time he or she is at your course.

Our customers also benefit from the ability to send a "Campaign" email to notify both existing and prospective members of the ability to join your benefits program. As with the online widgets, the campaign email allows users to purchase a benefits card and their account is automatically created and the funds are collected on your behalf.

Incentivize Benefits Members With Achievements

You can incentivize both loyalty club and benefits members to purchase more from your course by offering them the opportunity to be "promoted" by using our achievement program. You configure the achievement parameters, including the number of points that must be earned or the number of punches that must be purchased and the time period during which the achievement must take place.

Upon achievement, members are automatically "promoted" to a new category (which you may configure to offer better discounts and incentives) and may also get a bonus item such as a free round of golf or any other punch card item that you define.
