Course Rewards Program
Course Rewards LLC provides a customer rewards/loyalty system to participating retail merchants. These merchants in turn offer individuals (typically customers) the opportunity to earn points that can be accrued toward various rewards. Additionally, participating retail merchants may offer for sale any item typically earned through point accrual or any additional items that it deems appropriate to manage electronically using the Course Rewards form of identification and software. This system and process is known throughout this agreement as the "Program". The following describes the terms and conditions that you are agreeing to related to the Program.
Course Rewards program membership (“Membership”) is open to U.S. and Canadian residents (excluding U.S. territories) of 18 years of age and older. By joining the Program, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or older and by using the Program, you agree to the terms and conditions of the Program. Your Membership is nontransferable and is subject to present and future program rules. Your Membership is valid only at participating Course Rewards Participating Locations (“Participating Locations” or “Locations”). You can view an active list of Locations at http://www.courserewards.com/courses.html. Enrollment begins upon Course Rewards card activation at any Participating Location or by any other authorized means of activation. IF YOU REGISTER TO BECOME A MEMBER OR IF YOU USE A COURSE REWARDS CARD WITHOUT REGISTERING YOUR NAME AND EMAIL ADDRESS, YOU AUTHORIZE COURSE REWARDS TO PERFORM ALL NECESSARY ACTIONS TO OPERATE THE COURSE REWARDS PROGRAM UNDER THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Members in the program who buy products or services from Participating Locations will be deemed to be customers of such Participating Locations. All rules, policies (including privacy policies) and operating procedures of such Participating Locations will apply to those members while at such Participating Locations’ retail facility, website, email communication, or other online communication. Course Rewards is not responsible for information provided by you to Participating Locations via any means. Participating Locations and Course Rewards are independent contractors and neither Participating Locations nor Course Rewards has the authority to make any representations or commitments on behalf of the other.
COURSE REWARDS ONLY PROVIDES PARTICIPATING LOCATIONS WITH A SYSTEM TO MANAGE THEIR CUSTOMER REWARDS/LOYALTY PROGRAM. COURSE REWARDS DOES NOT DESIGN OR DIRECT PARTICIPATING LOCATIONS IN THE CONTENT OF THE REWARDS/LOYALTY PROGRAM, INCLUDING THE ALLOCATION AND VALUE OF POINTS EARNED OR PURCHASES MADE USING THE SYSTEM OFFERED BY COURSE REWARDS.
Participating Locations are added to or withdrawn from the Program from time to time and points awarded for purchases at Participating Locations may vary from time to time. Unless specifically stated, points earned (or purchased) at each Participating Location are tracked and accumulated into your account separately. Some Participating Locations may elect to share points among a stated network. This means that points earned from a Participating Location can be redeemed at another Participating Location within that stated network.
PARTICIPATING LOCATIONS MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT YOU MAY HAVE TO FOLLOW IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THAT PARTICIPATING LOCATION'S REWARD OR LOYALTY PROGRAM. ANY SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT CONFLICTS WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE CONSTRUED TO BE NULL AND VOID. YOU CAN VIEW THESE ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS BY LOGGING INTO YOUR COURSE REWARDS CLUBHOUSE ACCOUNT AND CHOOSING THE "VIEW TERMS AND CONDITIONS" LINK FROM THE MAIN MENU.
As a member of the Program, you are eligible to earn points for qualifying purchases from Participating Locations when you show your Course Rewards card at the time of purchase. Adjustments can only be done by Participating Locations at the time of purchase. EACH PARTICIPATING LOCATION DETERMINES THE ITEMS THAT YOU MAY EARN POINTS FOR AND THE AMOUNT OF POINTS FOR THAT ITEM. Course Rewards provides Participating Locations a reward program software and electronic tracking mechanism. Course Rewards is not responsible for the determination of qualifying reward items, the granting or revoking of rewards points or any other matter related to the account balance of your card other than the act of electronically tracking the point activity of your account. You acknowledge and accept that you are solely responsible for checking your account to verify that all points have been properly awarded by Participating Locations and posted by Course Rewards. Course Rewards will not be liable for any damages resulting from any failure to post points to your account in a timely manner.
Course Rewards cards and points have no cash value. Course Rewards cards and points are non-transferable. Unless otherwise specifically addressed by written policy of a Participating Location, Course Rewards points become null and void upon member death or account inactivity of 2 years. Points also become null and void upon the termination of participation in the Program by Course Rewards or Participating Location(s). Lost or stolen Course Rewards cards may be replaced at the discretion of Course Rewards and/or Participating Locations. You may still be eligible to earn points for purchases by providing your Course Rewards card number at the time of purchase by showing an acceptable form of identification at a Participating Location. Other restrictions or exclusions may apply.
You may redeem reward points earned at a Participating Location for various products and services offered by that Participating Location when you amass the required points for that item. This redemption is hereinafter referred to as “Redemption(s)” and the reward redeemed is hereinafter referred to as a “Redemption Item(s)”. EACH PARTICIPATING LOCATION ESTABLISHES (AND MAY FURTHER MODIFY) ITS REWARD PROGRAM POINT STRUCTURE, INCLUDING THE ITEMS THAT ARE AVAILABLE FOR REDEMPTION AND THE ASSOCIATED POINT REQUIREMENT FOR THOSE ITEMS AND THE VALUE OF EACH POINT. PARTICIPATING LOCATIONS MAY ACCEPT A REDEMPTION AT THEIR SOLE DISCRETION. To redeem points, you must do so by logging into your account at www.courserewards.com (or other designated IP address or website) and selecting the appropriate Redemption Item to load onto your Course Rewards card. You MUST PRESENT your card at the designated Participating Location in order to receive your Redemption Item. You may be asked to show identification at the time you attempt to receive your Redemption. Unless noted otherwise, each Redemption will expire if not received from the appropriate Participating Location within 90 days from the date it was loaded onto your card. Redemptions have no cash value. Redemptions may only be used once. You may be notified of additional ineligible products and services.
If your Course Rewards card is lost or stolen, you must notify Course Rewards immediately and report your card as lost or stolen. Course Rewards and Participating Locations are not responsible for Redemptions received as a result of a lost or stolen card. Expired Redemptions will not be replaced. Other restrictions or exclusions may apply.
Point Purchases
Participating Locations may offer any Redemption Item typically earned with the accumulation of reward points or other eligible items as determined by the Participating Location for a cash sale through the Course Rewards website, at the Participating Location retail facility, or through an email solicitation delivered using the Course Rewards software. These sales are referred to hereinafter as “Point Purchases” and may include such things as punch cards and discount cards. Any item purchased via any Course Rewards website or email solicitation is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Point Purchases are loaded onto your Course Rewards card in the same manner as a Redemption Item and all rules governing Redemption Item in the “Redeem Rewards” section of this Agreement apply to Point Purchases.
POINT PURCHASES MADE AT THE RETAIL FACILITY, WEBSITE OF A PARTICIPATING FACILITY, OR THE COURSE REWARDS CLUBHOUSE OR OTHER ONLINE MEANS ARE GOVERNED BY THE PURCHASE POLICIES OF THE PARTICIPATING LOCATION. COURSE REWARDS DOES NOT OFFER ANY REFUNDS FOR ANY POINT PURCHASES. YOU MUST CONTACT THE PARTICIPATING LOCATION REGARDING ANY SUCH REQUESTS.
You may cancel your Membership at any time by notifying Course Rewards by email or telephone. Cancellation may take up to two weeks to finalize. Course Rewards may, at any time, terminate or modify the Course Rewards program and program rules without any further obligations to members. Course Rewards reserves the right to terminate your membership, in its sole discretion.

The Program is operated by Course Rewards LLC. By becoming a member of the Program, you agree to receive advertising, marketing materials and other communications from Course Rewards. YOU MUST ACCEPT YOUR MONTHLY ACCOUNT STATEMENT VIA EMAIL. IF YOU WISH TO BE AN ACTIVE MEMBER IN THE PROGRAM, YOU MAY NOT REQUEST YOUR MONTHLY EMAIL STATEMENT TO NOT BE SENT TO YOU VIA EMAIL. Course Rewards, the Course Rewards logo, the tag design, and other logos and tag lines are the intellectual property of Course Rewards LLC licensed to Participating Locations and others under controlled conditions. Membership rules are void where and to the extent prohibited by law. Taxes may apply where required by law.
