CourseRewards™ Membership Drive Gift Certificate Drawings
On occasion, course rewards member courses will allow us to conduct on-site membership drives in order to sign up loyal golfers in the customer loyalty program provided by Course Rewards.
Courses may offer an incentive, in the form of a drawing for a nominal gift certificate or gift certificates from the course, for people to sign up. These incentives vary from course to course, but are never in the form of cash and never require you to pay to enter to qualify to win. If a course is offering an incentive, any member that signs up to participate in the course's loyalty program during the period of the membership drive (typically Saturday and Sunday of one weekend) can qualify to win a gift certificate provided by the golf course.

How To Qualify |

To qualify for any incentive offered, you must sign up for a new Course Rewards account during the on-site membership drive. Sign up incentives do NOT apply to existing Course Rewards program members - they are designed to incentivize new people to sign up for the program. The terms and conditions of the Course Rewards Membership Agreement ( click here to read ) must be met as you must be a valid Course Rewards card holder. Additionally, you must provide a valid email address as you will ONLY be notified whether you have won a gift certificate through email communication.

How Winners Are Selected |
| If a gift certificate is being awarded as a prize for a drawing, we conduct a random electronic drawing from the pool of new Course Rewards card members that have signed up at the member course conducting the membership drive during the period of the membership drive. |

How To Know If You Won / How To Claim Your Prize If You Win |
You will be notified by email if you win a prize gift certificate from a membership drive signup incentive drawing. You will have 48 hours to reply to the email (stated in the notification email) in order to claim your prize. If we are not able to contact you via email for any reason during the 48 hour period or if you do not respond in a timely fashion, we reserve the right to randomly select a new winner. This includes returned emails that turn out to be invalid for ANY reason. Once you have replied, you will be given instructions on how to obtain your gift certificate.
You can ask for a list of winners for any particular drawing by sending us an email at support@courserewards.com. If your email address matches that of a drawing participant, you will be emailed a list of the winners for the drawing that you entered.
