Rewards Program - The Core Component


The Rewards Program is the core component of the Course Rewards Loyalty System. Each of your loyalty program members receives one of your customized loyalty cards and an online account login when they join your loyalty program.

You may offer an unlimited number of "rewards items" which correlate to a number of points that are earned each time a member purchases that item at your golf course. You use our online course management software to control:
  • Each Available Reward Item and How Many Points Are Earned
  • Time Frame When The Reward Item Is Available
  • The Courses In Your Network Where The Item Is Available
  • The Loyalty Members Who Can Earn Points For That Item
 
Define Available Reward Items And How Many Points Are Earned

Use our online course management software to define the reward items that are available to your loyalty program members. You name the item and optionally add a use policy (see left thumbnail).

The point value of each reward item can then be configured to be calculated based on a unit type, including based on the Dollar or Euro amounts spent, the item purchased, each round of golf or even an action such as a new member signup (see right thumbnail).

Specify the Time Frame When The Reward Item Is Available
Much like an expiration date on a coupon, you can elect to allow reward items to naturally expire at a particular time. This is especially helpful to promote point specials to your golfers in order to increase business during slow times (such as extra hot summer months in Arizona or the cooler winter months in Oklahoma).

The Course Rewards system automatically manages all of this for you and your employees digitally...you can only award points for an item if that item is available! Our robust reporting and tracking features let you then make better informed decisions on your point specials and their effectiveness.

Specify The Members Who Can Earn Points For That Reward & Notify Them By Email


In the beginning, you will likely make reward items available to all of your loyalty program members. As time goes on, you may find benefit in enticing those members in your program that have not been as active to come in and visit your facility by giving them a point special. You may also decide to reward your best members with separate specials and deals.

The Course Rewards system gives you the tools to easily find your most and least active members based on a number of criteria, including those that play most or least and those that earn points above or below the averages. Now, you can act with a custom email that notifies your members of their personalized point special!

Define Available Redemption Items Much Like Reward Items
Redemption Items are those items that members earn points towards. You define these items just as you define reward items by using our online course management software. Much like reward items, you specify the item that members can redeem, the number of points required to redeem the item, along with the time frame the item is available and the members that can redeem the item.

Once you create or modify a redemption item, you can automatically notify the appropriate members of the availability of that item with a customized email.
 
Members Manage Account Online, Choose Earned Redemptions & And Present At Your Course


Golfer members have access to your customized member portal which shows their earned points and those items that can be redeemed (and their respective point values).

If a golfer member has earned enough rewards points towards an available redemption item, he will see a shopping cart next to the item. Clicking the cart will load a redemption request for that item on his loyalty card.

When the member comes to your golf course and you swipe the member's card, you will see a redemption request notice that you can convert into a redemption coupon that can be placed in the cash register. Of course, we track all of the redemption activity so you can see detailed reports on your program as well!

One of the most powerful features of the Course Rewards system is the ability to analyze your rewards programs and make decisions as to how to best promote your business. Statistical graphs precisely show you the rewards programs that are garnering the most traffic.

You may also focus on specific members with the most activity in order to target those members with various promotions. Use the power of the Course Rewards system to increase traffic to your course and improve customer loyalty to your course!
